of a production's materials should be reusable at end of life. That is the baseline the Theatre Green Book now sets for theatre productions.
The most advanced garments in live performance are also the most disposable.

One system that keeps its value.
The structure, the light modules and the electronics are separate parts. Any of them can be replaced or upgraded without rebuilding the garment.
Recycled structure, frosted light
3D-printed structures in recycled TPU on a viscose and elastane base, with frosted LED capsules. Each piece is designed for a performer's body and brief.
Fix it in place
The design target is repair without dismantling the garment, so a failure on tour is a quick swap and not a replacement.
Upgrade instead of replace
New modules extend what a garment can do. A companion app lets the wearer configure how it behaves, and owners join a registered community for resale.
Why it is hard to copy: a competitor can print a structure or add an app. The system, the installed base of owners and the combination of audiovisual engineering, garment making and compliance-ready electronics take longer to assemble.
Modular by design, customised to the performer.
Clients start from ready-made models and add modules one by one, then customise from there. A commission adapts an existing design and does not begin from a blank sheet. Buyers are touring artists, theatre and dance productions, museum programs and brand activations, reached through relationships.
A time-limited price for the first visible pieces on real performers.
Choose a model and its modules, graded to a size band and cut to the wearer.
The premium tier.
Revenue continues after delivery
The full financial model, May 2026 to December 2029, is shared on the call.
A sustainability claim that is costed is a plan. One that is not is a slogan.
Every KPI has a line in the financial model. About ten percent of a garment, the elastane and the electronics, cannot yet come from recycled sources.
